Genesis Wellness'sĀ dedicated Customer Care team works hard to process orders, so any order placed before 12pm is processed within 24 hours after we receive it.
Fulfillment Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday: 8:00AM to 4:00PM
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
Order Edits
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.
